The La Stella Foundation produces the largest park at the Freedom Fair called "Camp Patriot" on the Tacoma Waterfront for this event. As part of our "AMERICA BE STRONG" project our primary focus at Camp Patriot is to provide a presence of support for veterans and military; while educating and encouraging the public (an average 125,000 attend this event each year) to become active in veteran causes. We are the SOLE ORGANIZATION associated with the Freedom Fair that assures Veterans & Active Duty Military have a presence at this great event. Therefore, please let us know if you or your spouse are a Veteran or currently serving.
To hold the public at our location for the benefit of our Vendors, we have Main Stage Entertainment going all day, including our headliner. This year our Headline Artist is Tony La Stella. We also have a great Classic Car Show at our location and Military Vehicle Displays. Due to these draws...at any given time of the day our Vendors have 25,000 to 35,000 people in the park as patron traffic for their booths.
We get NO monetary support whatsoever from the Freedom Fair and MUST raise our entire budget. Through contractual arrangement with the Tacoma Events Commission we offer the same benefits to our Vendors, including access to the 125,000 attendees of this event, for a LOWER RATE than available for Vendors who sign-up directly with the Freedom Fair.
For these reasons, La Stella Foundation offers economical sponsor levels which are more competitive than a direct sponsorship would be otherwise through the Freedom Fair. Please support us in our efforts and become a sponsor or donor today of this very worthy cause.
VENDOR FEES AND BENEFITS
1) All Vendors will get Booth SPACE at the Camp Patriot location (Marine Park on Rustin Way) with the July 4th, 2016 Tacoma Freedom Fair. Booths will be easily accessible to the 125,000 people who attend the event. Hours of operation will be 10:00AM to dusk.
2) The booth size is 10x10. You need to provide your own booth, table, chairs, materials, etc. and complete a Vendor Application. If you require electric and water, there could be a nominal additional fee for those services.
3) Fees for Vendor Booths (10x10) are discounted when you purchase them through La Stella Foundation’s “America Be Strong” project verses directly from the Freedom Fair. Double booths (20x10) available for addn’l 50% of Fee Shown:

4) Based on last 10 years of Freedom Fair attendance, average July 4th sales per each Vendor are as follows:

5) We DO NOT charge a percentage of your sales.
6) Your fee includes one parking pass, the cost of a mandatory City of Tacoma vendor license and payment of your B&O taxes. ($25 for ea additional parking pass).
7) Over $1 Million Dollars of Marketing, Promotion & PR is done each year to assure large attendance of potential customers for Vendor sales. Average annual attendance is 125,000 people.
8) Through La Stella Foundation’s “America Be Strong” Project, to hold the public at our Vendor’s location we have Main Stage entertainment running all day long, including a headline artist, plus Military Displays and a Large Classic Car Show
